This pot rack is such a great buy, we bought two. Since we had to hang the racks using toggle bolts (and you probably will, too, given the difficulty/luck involved in lining up with a stud in the exact place you wish to install it), we took the advice of a previous poster and replaced the silver chain with black and bought white swag hooks at HD (they don't carry black ones) and sprayed them black. Total cost for the materials was $10 per rack and it looks much nicer. Couldn't be more pleased with this product. Use of a vertical laser level will make installation a lot easier than trying to use the plumb bob recommended in the manual. It's a shame the manufacturer doesn't include a template; then you'd only have to find one hole.

A really great product for the money and it arrived within days of ordering it. I think I would have prefered the hanging chains to be black instead of chrome but I can always changed them out later or even paint them. It was very easy to hang and came with enough hooks to hang all my stuff.
