Rating  - Easy to use
This is our second Nespresso machine---we have a C190 at home and this newer one we bought for the office. Both machines brew pretty tasty espresso without a lot of fuss or mess. Nespresso also sells lungo roasts for those of us who like larger cups of coffee. The espresso and lungo decaf pods are very good (and I don't usually like decaf).
We bought the first Nespresso after our Krups automatic grind-and-brew espresso machine died. The Krups made ok espresso, but it was messy and it was difficult to switch types of beans. With the Nespresso one can choose from a variety of roasts, including decaf, on a cup-by-cup basis. Best of all there are never spilled coffee grounds on the counter tops.
Nespresso customer service is excellent. Some small, non-critical piece on our first machine broke. Nespresso sent us a loaner machine to use while they repaired the one we owned. We didn't even have to pay shipping. Our machine was repaired quickly and has been working great ever since.
I'd give the machine five stars if it weren't for a few annoying things. First, it seems wrong that I can buy a Nespresso machine from the store down the street but not the coffee to use it. Also, while the coffee is fresh and consistent, and there are lots of choices in roasts, they offer nothing like French roast---sometimes this is the only thing my stomach will tolerate. The pods (more than $.50 each) are expensive, but on the other hand this machine cost a lot less than the Krups and has lasted much longer.

As a former Swiss I appreciate good coffee and Nespresso is as good as it gets.
I had to sell my old machine when moved out of Switzerland and immediately got this one in the US.
The coffee is not cheap but it is real proper coffee.
Rating - Good product/vendor experience
Great vendor: I received the product ahead of time. They also include a gift inside the box.
Product as expected: works great, makes good coffee, but capsules are somewhat expensive. However, it worth it to my european taste buds!
