Rating - Z5 impression after one year
My wife purchased the Z5 used from JL Hufford. The first Z5 worked for about a week before I noticed it was shutting down after pressing the power button. Called JL Hufford and they immediately sent out a replacement unit. Shipped the old one back to them no problem. They have great customer service.
The Z5 has worked flawlessly over the last year. We use it regularly and I love how flexible and easy it is to use. In fact I even trained my five year old daughter how to make me a cup! The only downside is that the water container could be larger. Yes I know it has a huge container compared to most of these ... Read More

I bought my Z5 almost three years ago, and I've been completely satisfied with the product!
I've had no issues with the unit during that time, and I use it on a daily basis (The counter shows over 1000 Cappuccinos from this baby). I know it's expensive; however, it's extremely high-quality and if you have the cash, and you tabulate the cost of your Daily Starbucks fix, you'll find that the machine will pay for itself after a few years.
