This is easy to keep clean. Coffees taste great, esp. Gevalia. Teas are ok - the chai is way to sweet. The milk discs are ok. I loved my unit, but just one month out of warranty the heating unit blew (steam everywhere, and then it died). Ive decided not to replace the unit as a french press will do just fine. Rating - Braun Hot Beverage system Love this product, it gives my family the versitality to have what they want--when they want it!! Rating - Every coffee drinker should own a Tassimo I used to make 2 separate pots of coffee, one for my husband and one for my self then throw at least 1 1/2 pots away.
