Love this machine - makes perfect coffee easily and conveniently - like as if it's from my local Peets (am using their great espresso beans). I did have a problem with my machine but it was quickly replaced by Aabree Coffee Company where i bought it from via Amazon. Now it is perfect. Didn't give it 5 stars as the plastic outer casing of the machine could hae a better fit and finish (it is after all a SAECO). But it's solid and I love it. This is a great machine - believe me I did a lot of research as I know my coffee! Rating - Amazing espresso machine easy to use would recommend to anyone I have to say I was skeptical about buying a super automatic machine and especially this one since it was one of the cheapest models. I bought this for my mom and it had to be as easy as possible to use for her. I love it and I found out that the inside machinery is basically the same as the models that cost 2-3 times more. I have been using it for 3 months now and have not had any problems at all it just takes a little bit of learning and trial and error don't forget to read the manual there are many little things that you should know so the machine will work properly without problems.
